Spiritual Life at New Life
The bottom line of our work in Honduras is teaching the kids and youth the Word of God and bringing them to a saving knowledge of Jesus.
Martin and Dulce and school staff are doing a great job coordinating the devotionals and Bible teachings in the classrooms, as well as the Sunday meetings with the youth. Periodically they hold a church meeting with the parents and students with praise and preaching the Word, where they have a chance to minister to the families.
Our college age youth are responsable to lead a team of the kids, three teams in all to take turns preparing the music and teaching for all those that are present on the Sunday morning. It is a real joy to see what comes from these youth as they prepare and present their message from the Word of God for all that are there.
Normally monthly Martin and Dulce hold a required meeting for the parents of the kids that are attending our school. This is a wonderful time to plant the seed of the Word of God in their lives and have times to share with them announcements of upcoming events in the school.
